The hard-core "cork dorks" who love Petite Sirah will get a charge out of this 2006, which is surprisingly soft, but does not lack either concentration or muscle. These are the ?Harley Hogs? of the wine world, and this effort displays a blue/purple color as well as abundant notes of meat, blackberries, cassis, incense, and spring flowers. Remarkably civilized for such a young Petite Sirah, it can be drunk now and over the next 10-12 years.
