Note: Due to State and Federal regulations, we are unable to ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Texas and Utah. Customers from these States are welcome to shop our site and order non-alcoholic items only. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Schedule:
When purchasing wine, we will give you an estimated amount of time it will take for your package to be received. If your order is placed by 10 AM(EST) Monday- Friday, it will ship the same day. Orders received after 10 AM will ship the following business day. For more information, or for local deliveries, please call our order department at 908-964-5050. All packages are carefully packed in sturdy insulated shippers to ensure the safe delivery of your wine. Shoppers Wines makes every effort to protect our shipments from temperature related damage. If you have concerns regarding weather you may choose to receive your package on a specific date or you may request that we ship your order using faster shipping method.


Shippers Signature Policy:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from shopperswines.com. All packages sent out by Shoppers Union/Shoppers Wines will require a signature for delivery. We encourage you to make sure someone of legal drinking age will be present to receive your package as it cannot simply be left unattended. We recommend you provide us with a business shipping address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not offer a refund shipping charges for shipments returned because no adult was present to sign for the wine.

Returns:
Shoppers Union/Shoppers Wines maintains a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If you find any problem with your order (wrong wine, incorrect vintage, broken contents), please contact us immediately by phone at 908-964-5050 or via e-mail at info@shopperswines.com    We will make arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. If it is determined that a shipping error occurred, a replacement package will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost. If you wish to return your wine for any other reason, you must first contact us for instructions.
